After expressing concerns at the front desk, we were upgraded to a spacious room. The friendly staff made our 7-night vacation enjoyable and memorable.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the keys, making it easy to explore. I enjoyed the clean room and nice outdoor pool, but the breakfast options were quite limited, and the air conditioning was unusually loud, affecting my sleep. It's great for a short stay with easy access to local attractions.

The pool view was fantastic, offering a nice spot to relax after a day out. The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family with children. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome during our four-night stay.

Despite the overall good experience, parking was a significant issue since there were no handicap spaces near the entrance.

The pool area impressed me. it had comfortable lounge chairs and a nice layout that made it perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal for those traveling to Key West, giving us an easy route. Our room was spacious and clean, with nice toiletries available. Breakfast included a good selection, though it could have offered fresher options. However, the noise from the air conditioner was disruptive, making it hard to sleep some nights. The hot-water pressure was also weak, a bit frustrating. We used the on-site restaurant for dinner, and it was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a decent stay but definitely had room for improvement in terms of noise and maintenance.

An upgrade to a quiet King Room with a pool and sea view made for a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep after exploring, while Sparky's restaurant nearby offered generous portions and a lively atmosphere. However, the restaurant service could improve, and the pool area felt crowded at times. Affordable parking and no resort fees in this well-managed hotel are definite highlights.
